2. Drinking water can prevent tooth decay especially if it contains fluoride. Research published in February 2016 in the journal Community Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology found that children who drank non-fluoridated had more tooth decay than children who drink water that contains fluoride.
3. Drinking water promotes saliva production which also prevents tooth decay.
4. Zero calories! Sugary drinks have a negative impact on your general and oral health. Drinking water doesn’t come with any disadvantages, so why not drink more?
